Valerie Heath
Partner / Co-Founder
After graduating from Michigan State University, Valerie spent much of her career managing major automotive accounts at leading advertising agencies in Los Angeles and Chicago. Today, she’s passionate about helping small businesses bring big ambitions to life.
At home, Valerie is mom to two kids, Finn and Hannah, and shares her crazy life with two cats, a dog and her very patient husband, Ben.
Outside of work, she can be found volunteering in her community, skiing, converting a short bus into a camper, keeping up with both a Wordle and a book club, and planning as many vacations as she can fit into a calendar.

Kyle Silver
Partner / Co-Founder
Kyle got his start in the creative world over a decade ago while traveling the world filming outdoor television. As the producer of multiple nationally broadcasted TV shows as well as a digitally based show of his own, he has mastered the ins and outs of video production and content creation.
After getting married and having twin boys, Kyle switched gears and started BluRiver Creative with Valerie to help small businesses reach new customers and tell their story.
When he's not working he's either hunting, golfing or enjoying time with his family.
Emily Domagalski
Intern / Coffee Enthusiast
Emily is a current student at the College for Creative Studies studying Communication Design and Strategy as well as Photography. Through both her studies and her work behind the camera, she has developed a passion for creative storytelling and creating meaningful experiences through design and photography. She is excited to continue growing professionally while bringing a thoughtful, creative perspective to every project she takes on.
Outside of work and school, Emily enjoys spending time with family, discovering new coffee shops, traveling to new places, and capturing life’s moments through photography. Whether she’s planning her next adventure or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a latte in hand, she finds inspiration in the people, places, and experiences around her.
