Valerie managed big auto accounts at big ad agencies in big cities for most of her career, but certainly prefers helping small businesses achieve big dreams. And now she calls a small town, Marine City, her home.

Mom to two kids, Finn and Hannah; two furballs, Callie and Lily; and wife to one patient husband, Ben. Outside of work, she's volunteering at East China Schools, skiing, reading, planning vacations, and laughing with her family.

Coming from the the outdoor television world, Kyle has traveled the world creating content. An expert in video production, photography and all things digital marketing, he also produces his own hunting show in addition to managing and growing BluRiver.

Married to Brittnee and with 5 year old twin boys, Parker and Hudson - he's on the go 24/7. Fun fact - Kyle's yellow lab is named Finn, sharing a name with a really cool 15-year-old kid. *See above.

He calls St. Clair home and spends most of his free time hunting, thinking about hunting and wondering how much he can hunt without his wife getting too annoyed.

BAILEY BEAUCHAMP

Bailey earned her Advertising Management degree from Michigan State University in December of 2024. During college, she kept her creative side busy by working as a content creator for leading brands and joining a fashion club, where she hosted a student-run fashion show.
She started as an intern for BluRiver in June of 2024, and the rest is history!
Bailey thrives on beach days, a good book, and finding new spots to travel to. She’s a pro at planning last-minute trips and is always ready for an adventure (as long as there’s good coffee and plenty of sunshine involved).
